Cancellation Policy

We value your business and ask that you respect our business scheduling policies. We understand that unplanned issues can come up and you may need to cancel an appointment. If that happens, we respectfully ask that you follow the following policy:

For First Time Clients, Deep Cleaning and Move-in/out Cleaning:

Please notify us 48 hours in advance of cancellations. Any cancellation with less than 48 hours notice is subject to a cancellation fee amounting to 25% of the cost of the scheduled service. If cancellation occurs less than 24 hours in advance, a cancellation fee amounting to 50% of the cost of the scheduled service will be billed.

For our Regular Clients and Basic Cleaning: 

Please notify us 24 hours in advance of cancellations.  Any cancellation with less than 24 hours notice is subject to a cancellation fee of a minimum of $30, or 25% of the cost of the scheduled service, whichever is greater. 

*Fees may be waived or reduced and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Thank you for being a valued client and for your understanding and cooperation as we institute this policy. It will enable us to open otherwise unused appointments to better serve the needs of all clients.
